Like Apple’s late-CEO Steve Jobs before him, Apple CEO Tim Cook is to appear at the All Things Digital D10 Conference, which has already sold out.
Cook will be the opening night speaker at the conference and this event will mark his first time being onstage at non-Apple event since he became CEO last August. (More below)
Announcing the attendance of Cook, All Things D’s Kara Swisher credits Cook with: “the iconic Silicon Valley giant putting out a number of new and innovative products and also becoming one of the most valuable companies on earth.”
“We are looking forward to hearing Cook’s perspective on where the industry and Apple is going, and perhaps to get a glimpse into what makes its new leader tick,” writes Swisher.
Jobs attended the D8 Conference in 2010 where he talked about the iPhone, App Store, iPads, Adobe, and Microsoft in a 100-minute-long question-and-answer session that included everything from his thoughts on Flash and how “PCs are going to be like trucks.
