A car smashed through the window of a Chicago Apple Store last night. One person was injured
Apple users often boast that they experience fewer crashes than their Windows rivals, but evening shoppers in or near an Apple Store in Lincoln Park, Chicago may disagree, after a car burst through the glass wall and several feet into the shop.
At 6.30pm yesterday night, half an hour before closing time, according to the store's website, witness report that an elderly man drove his dark-coloured sedan into the store where it came to rest near display cases holding accessories for Apple products.
The only injured person on the scene was reportedly taken to hospital in good condition, and indeed initially refused treatment from paramedics.
