Free and easy cross-platform Web-collaboration tool comes to Mac

Pros: Mac and PC compatible screen sharing, minimal learning curve, ability to take remote control of Mac or PC, facility to switch presenter, option to share and send files and work on the same document, 256-Bit AES encryption, free.
Cons: Mac version lacks additional features available to PC users although these are promised with an update, some image break-up or pixilation when 'Instant Screen Build-Up' is switched on, slight time lag during some more complex tasks.
Min specs: Mac OS X 10.3.0 or higher, Universal.

Macworld Buying Advice

For business meetings, creative collaborations, e-learning and diagnosing and addressing computer problems from afar, Mikogo proves an excellent choice. With minimal fuss and little in the way of a learning curve, users can be up and running within a minute or two without any long term commitment or cost. Add iChat or Skype for additional interactivity and you could be saving precious time and legwork toing and froing from appointments.
