UK based artist and all round good guy Jon Burgerman has announced plans for his very own iPhone application.
Famed for his art, doodling, drawing, scrawling, illustration, animation, character design and much much more, Burgerman hopes to release Inkstrumental in a few months time.
Currently enjoying a solo exhibition of drawings and plush at Giant Robot, 437 E 9th St, NYC 10009, Burgerman hopes to have inkstrumental ready for a November release.
"In terms of times, we have our new developer who will be 140 per cent primed only for Inkstrumental starting next Tuesday," says Burgerman. "So mid November is the planned release as we supply the app to iTunes mid October."

Inkstrumental lets you create music by touching characters who each play a sound from a selection of weird and wonderful samples and noises.
You can make different tunes by putting the characters in various sequences and touching them like a synthesiser keyboard. You will also be able to share your Inkstrumental creations with other users, and hear what inkstrumentalists around the world have come up with say the makers.
Inkstrumental is a collaboration between Jon Burgerman and digital design studio ustwo, the people behind iPhone applications MouthOff and Steppin.
