Here's the impressive sight of the Apple Data Center Maiden NC, North Carolina.
Apple announced last year the company would invest more than $1 billion over nine years in a data center campus in North Carolina. The site covers 500,000 square feet of floor space, over four times the area available in the company's server farm in Newark, California.
Some have speculated the site could be used as a base for Apple to develop cloud computing services.
