Gartner: Mobile App Stores will exceed 4.5 billion downloads in 2010

Consumers will spend $6.2 billion (£3.7bn) in 2010 in mobile application stores, including Apple's iTunes App Store, generating more than 4.5 billion downloads according to the latest Gartner figures.
