Seminar Terms & Conditions

Payment

• Acceptance of Registration: Acceptance of each delegate is subject to space availability upon receipt of full payment for each delegate.
• Payment Terms: All payments due against each conference guest must be made within 14 days of receipt of the booking. All payments to be payable to IDG Communications and shall be made in sterling and shall be inclusive of any Value Added Tax, where applicable. No delegates will be allowed to attend the conference unless full payment has been received and cleared. Please note, if you are paying by credit card, your receipts/statements will read IDG Communications.

Cancellations:

Should you cancel a booking the following charges will apply:

• Cancellation in writing more than two weeks prior to the seminar – a full refund (minus 10% administration charge).
• Cancellation in writing up to one week before the seminar – 50 per cent of seminar fee.
• Cancellation in writing less than one week prior to the seminar - 100 per cent of course fee.

Seminar dates may vary subject to demand. All seminars will run subject to number of delegates. IDG Communications will use its best endeavours to provide the seminar(s) & speakers booked. However, cancellation or changes by IDG Communications for whatever reason will give rise to no obligation or liability other than the prompt return of fees paid or the issuance of a credit note in lieu. In particular, IDG Communications will not be responsible for contingent travel, accommodation or other expenses of seminar delegates arising from cancellation.

Expo 2005 Tickets

All delegates booking Macworld Conference tickets before 27 October are entitled to free entry in to the MacExpo 2005 exhibition. Only delegates buying their conference tickets on the days of the event (27-28 Oct) must pay separately to gain entry to the MacExpo 2005 exhibition.
