Fake Steve Jobs plans limited US tour

Fake Steve Jobs, aka Forbes magazine editor Dan Lyons, plans a tour under his Silicon Valley pseudonym.

Lyons is running a whislte-stop tour across the US to publicise his new book, Options: The Secret Life of Steve Jobs.

The fictional work chronicles Jobs through the stock options backdating scandal in 2006, and it includes appearances by Bono, Al Gore, Hillary Clinton, and Bill Gates.

Lyons hadn't intended a tour for the book, but is engaging in a limited one now that his identity has been unmasked by the New York Times.
