Hugely important gaming industry creative to talk at Apple retail store next week
Apple's Regent Street retail store will next week host a talk from Will Wright, the creator of The Sims, who will talk about his next hotly-anticipated gaming title, Spore Creature Creator.
The game was first announced in 2005. We understand it takes players through the process of evolution, from simple cell-like creatures into advanced beings, capable of space travel.
Such is the interest surrounding the release of Electronic Art's Spore, including Spore Creator and Spore Origins (both of which ship scant days later) that the session - due to take place at 3pm on 3 September - is sure to be packed.
"Sims fans won’t want to miss this inside look at Will Wright’s newest brainchild, Spore. Learn from the creator himself how to take your avatar from primordial soup to intergalactic supremacy."
A recent CNET interview with Wright may be worth reading by those interested in the game.
