Low impedance and high efficiency mean that they can be driven well by battery portable equipment in the field adds Sennheiser.
The HD 380 Pro provides an extended frequency response, a high sound pressure level - up to 110dB - and a closed round-the-ear design for what the company insists is excellent passive attenuation of ambient noise.
Sennheiser says the headphones offer a lightweight, secure-fit design, promising a comfortable listening experience for the professionals who have to wear them over long durations. The space-saving foldable design also means the headphones are easy to transport, folded away and stored in a tough zipped carrying case provided.
The Sennheiser HD 380 Pro professional monitoring headphones have a SRP of £139.99 and come with a two year guarantee.
