Apple's flagship Apple Store, Regent Street is planning a special 'Meet Bento 3' event on Wednesday, 9 December, 2009 between 4pm and 5pm.
Bento 3 from Filemaker, a a subsidiary of Apple, was introduced in September with a range of new features and enhancements. The personal database software is aimed at a varied selection of users, tasks and projects.

FileMaker is currently offering a 30-day trial of Bento 3 along with two festive themes and two additional templates - beyond the 35 that come with Bento 3 - to help plan parties and organise a gift list.
Bento 3 has a SRP of £29.95. For a limited time, FileMaker is offering a £10 rebate to existing users of Bento 1 and Bento 2. Qualified customers who purchase Bento 3 through the FileMaker Web Store will get an instant rebate and pay £19.95 for Bento 3.
Qualified customers who purchase Bento 3 at an Apple store or other retailer can request a £10 rebate online here.
Customers who have purchased Bento 2 between 30 August 2009 and 14 October 2009 are eligible to receive Bento 3 for free.
