Macworld Buying Advice

While the R4i wins on superior sound quality the R2i is still a sound winner and is half the price of the R4i. And for many its smaller footprint will impress more than the comparatively hulking R4i. (Both anyway look much sleeker than the hordes of black or grey speaker blocks on the market today.) If all your music is on an iPod and you can drop a few degrees on audio depth and volume the R2i looks a bargain in comparison to the R4i. The Vita Audio R2i is a perfect match of design looks and hi-fi quality – all in one compact box.
