Mon, 13 Aug 2012 Todo for iPad and iPhone review
Flexible, powerful, solid mid-range task manager
- Manufacturer: Appigo
- Pros: Quick to learn; easy to add ever more complex tasks; good for repeating projects
- Cons: Customising can be overwhelming; no start dates
- Price: £2.99
- Star rating:
All the pleasure of checking off a task as done is sucked right out of it if the next thing you have to do is add that task back in for next week. It’s in this middle range – where you find you need repeating tasks and very many of them too – where you find most To Do apps. Many are free but Appigo Todo is a very good, low-cast and well-supported app that’s has been around for a long time.
Todo is very quick when you want to make a task repeat every month. Or say you have to do eight things for your weekly meeting: make one project and put the tasks in there. Then next week when someone does it for you, one tap marks all of them as complete.
