Universal power adapter offers hope for many but not all

Pros: Useful charging device; novel design can be split in two; fairly compact and lightweight; more environmentally friendly than some options; 3 year limited warranty.
Cons: Some devices, brands and models not covered, notably Apple MacBooks; small fiddly slide switch isn't the easiest to use; another device you need to remember to take out with you; array of extras can easily be mislaid.

Macworld Buying Advice

The mCube Pro from Innergie is a useful accessory to have on your travels, particularly for gadget hungry commuters who are likely to run short of power across a busy day. As a replacement power supply for an array of devices it's also a good bet as long as don't use a MacBook as your main computer.
