Layout choice: Each database can contain a number of layouts, and you can switch between using this menu. In layout mode you can see every layout, but you as the designer can decide which layouts are listed here when in browse mode.
Drawing tools: With a layout element selected, use these tools to add colour, fills, or select line thickness. You can also apply simple drop-shadow, embossing and engraving effects.
Part tool: Add new parts to your layout. For example, you might want to add a header or footer to every page, or a title header to just the first page.
Field tool: In order to display the information stored in a database, you’ll need to use the field tool to add fields to your layout.
