Hi, once again I am having trouble downloading an important document from a government dept.
It is a pdf file and comes up with a black screen. I have downloaded adobe acrobat as instructed. The file has /Doc.asp? what does this mean?
I am on OSX 10.4.11 and have Microsoft Word 2008 for Mac.
Thanks.

knightstyle,

If this is the name of the file once downloaded to disk, then I suspect that it's been named wrongly.

If you're sure it's a PDF try changing its suffix to .pdf and using Acrobat or Preview to open it. If that doesn't work, then it might be a Word Doc, so try changing the suffix to .doc and using Word to open it.
