The G5 looks very impressive! Is there any word on just how a move to a G5 would improve the lot of the FCP user. I am thinking in particular of the improved speed in rendering. Although I use a top notch G4 the render times on a sizable project can still be hours! (Sorry Rick I have not done the 'offline' editing I know you use....). Any evidence of actual shorter rendering times ?? |

Even with Offline RT rendering can take while if you do really complex rendering with loads of layers. |
