Hi

Between QuickTime Player, VLC, and iTunes, which app would give the better picture quality from a movie, or is that a fair question to ask?

What video formats does iTunes except by default?

Thanks.

musicmad,

iTunes uses QuickTime, so the quality will be essentially the same.

VLC is chiefly used when QuickTime won't play a file, so it's not usually a case of which is the better quality, but which one will play a given file.
