javier1,

javier1,
I have been looking at this site for a little while now and the response to peoples problems are very bad. There is no control of a group of people who are willing to help people a bit faster.
So I recommend you go on this forum and join and you will see the difference.http://www.emotiondv.com/perl/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=lounge;action=display;num=1108865127
Go to intro and sign in and thenscroll down to FCP3 Forum. and you will see the difference in help. Duance and Don are the masters atfast and good reply. Always state what you are using and how the problem arises.
Will keep my eye open to see if you will join.
Go for it.

javier1,

Hi there. Although I use FCP 4 I think it was the same in FCP3

once you have your sequence edited up then go to

File / Export / Export using Quicktime Conversion

And then choose the file name you want to give it and also select the output options from the pop up menu at the bottom.

If it still gives you problems you might want to try re-installing QT. But I've never had any problems with it myself.

Frank, I think some of your comments are a bit unfair.
Any FCP problems I have had have been answered quickly by some very skilled users on here. Your problem was very specific and more of a compatibility issue, we dont know off the tops of our heads all the possible combinations and whether they are compatible or not.
