Hi,
First noticed this last night. When waking my G4 I couldn't get on the web. Airport status was OK, logged into my router and all was well there. Rebooted the router and got onto the net. This morning it happened all over again twice and reboots of my Netgear DG632 were required. Each time both Airport and Netgear were reporting OK but no web/e-mail access until rebooting. Any ideas beyond leaving everything awake?
Edit - seems this only happens if both G4 and iBook sleep, if one is awake then the other has no problem accessing the web on waking up.

BULLEID34081@mac,

Yeh i've been having the same problem with my G4 ibook and G5 imac both are hooked up to a belkin router via airport extreme card's. One or the other seems to have "this login is controlled via a different administrator" message displayed. Rang the belkin help line they could'nt help, but it seems to ok now. i though i was being hacked, but i was assured i was'nt.

snowpookey,
Just woke the G4 after both machines had been asleep for 6 hours and the problem has gone away again. Spoke to my ISP and they were baffled too.
Everything was talking to each other so in theory accessing the web should have been no problem. It will be interesting to see if it happens again.
