You can save £40 on the price of Final Cut Pro X if you purchase iTunes Vouchers from Boots.

Currently Boots is offering 20% off iTunes Vouchers – so you can get a £50 voucher for £40.

If you redeem the vouchers at the Mac App Store you can save money when buying Mac apps including the following:

Final Cut Pro X, usually £199.99 – now £160.

Logic Pro X, usually £139.99 – now £112.

With an update expected to Final Cut Pro X this December, upgrading now may mean that you get that update for free.

You can also use the vouchers to buy music and movies from the iTunes Store and iOS apps on the App Store.

It's also the ideal time to stock up on vouchers to give friends for Christmas.

Other stores are offering iTunes vouchers for less too. As @MacworldUK Twitter follower @Robrichman36 told us, Asda Direct are currently selling £25 iTunes vouchers for £20 each, that's a saving of £5.

Let us know if you spot any other shops discounting iTunes Vouchers.

Beware scams though, for example, these iTunes gift vouchers were fake.
