Terms and conditions

1. Employees and members of their immediate families (including any live-in partners) of Macworld, IDG, or any of the companies and/or agencies associated with the competition are ineligible to enter. Any entries deemed invalid will be rejected by the editorial team.

2. Each entry is assigned a number, and a random number generating program called 'Randomness' is used to select the winner. If the answer of the entry is incorrect – or if the entry details are missing or incorrect – another random number is generated and the process continues until a winner is selected.

3. The competition is considered open when it appears on the Macworld website, it is closed at midnight on the end of the day specified. Any entries received after that time and date will be considered invalid.

4. Postal entries are accepted. Please send your answer to the question on a postcard. Please include the title of the competition, the answer and your address and telephone number. Send entries to Macworld, 101 Euston Road, London NW1 2RA.

5. The editor's decision is final.
