Step 1: Photo arrangements
Follow the onscreen prompts to master Fuzel’s intuitive controls. Tap to start creating a new artwork. You can then choose from one of the options in the Layouts tab at the bottom of the screen. To reveal the choices in more detail, pull up on the layouts bar. (You can do this in several of the other tabs, too).
Step 2: Nice design
You can also create your own layouts. Tap the scalpel icon in the left corner and you’ll see a box with a ‘+’ symbol. Use the Cut tool to design your layout, by tapping and dragging to draw a line. Each ‘+’ symbol represents a space for an image. Tap Resize and drag the circles to alter the layout once you’ve cut it.
Step 3: Be picky
When you’re happy with your layout, tap the icon on the right of the bottom toolbar. You can now choose the width of the lines and border by tapping Outlines. Use the slider to make the lines thicker or thinner. Change the colour of the lines by tapping the Base button and picking from the wide range of colours.
Step 4: Add your images
Choose an option from the Frames tab. Now tap on one of the ‘+’ symbols on your layout and pick between using your iPhone’s camera to capture an image (the camera icon), or choosing from your photo library (the square icon). When selecting from the library, tap the photos you’d like to use in your final image.
Step 5: Reorganising
Change the order of the images by tapping on one you’d like to move, then tapping the swap icon (left in the toolbar). Now tap the segment you’d like to swap that image into. Tap the flip icons to create a mirror image of a photo, and then the camera or square icon to replace the image. You can also choose filter options.
Step 6: Spread the word
Press Done to save your image. You can always go back and edit a Fuzel creation from within the app. Tap share to save to your photo library (the gallery), send via an email, share via Facebook, Twitter or Flickr. Tap and drag downwards on the top-right corner of the home screen to access the settings.
