Samsung and Google are ganging up to fight Apple. Samsung is reported to have said that it is working on an anti-Apple legal plan with Google.
The two companies have formed a united front following a US court’s decision to grant a preliminary injunction against the Galaxy Nexus smartphone and "any product that is no more than colourably different from the specified product and infringes US Patent No. 8,086,604." Patent No. 8,086,604 relates to a universal interface for the retrieval of information in a computer system.
Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus smartphones were designed in collaboration with Google. Samsung has told The Korea Times that since the court’s decision, the two firms have been working closely to create a united front against Apple’s legal offensive.
The Samsung insider told The Korea Times: “It’s too early to comment on our game plan (with Google) in the legal battle; but we will do our best to get more royalties from Apple, which has benefited from our technology. The fight is becoming more dramatic and the possibility of a truce in the form of a cross-licensing deal, seems to be becoming likely.”

The US courts have also blocked sales of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the US. The court previously found the Galaxy Tab 10.1 to be "virtually indistinguishable" from Apple's iPad and iPad 2.
Lawyers for Samsung have petitioned to suspend the injunction that has blocked its Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet computer from sale in the country.

I beat my chest, stomp my feet and shake my spear.
Raaagh! Apple, see how I roar.
