Apple has released two new videos for its brand new iPad mini and the Smart Cover that fits it, following the company's special event on Tuesday.
The new videos have been posted on Apple's official YouTube channel. The first video features British born Apple design boss Jony Ive, telling us about the design process behind the new 7.9in iPad mini. READ: Hands on with the iPad mini
Ive says that Apple's goal with the iPad mini was to "take all of the amazing that things you can do with a full-size iPad, but pack them into a product that is so much smaller."
The iPad mini is a "concentration, not a reduction," of the iPad, says Ive.

The second video is a TV ad for the iPad mini's new Smart Cover, which demonstrates the variety of colours that it is available in, as well as its stand and wake/sleep functionality.
