Shortly after Apple announced the iPad mini a selection of iPad mini cases and accessories started to arrive in our inboxes. 

Here is a selection of the latest iPad mini cases and accessories. We will update this list as more iPad mini accessories are announced.

Apple Smart Cover

Price: £35 (Polyurethane); £59 (Leather)

Apple’s own Smart Cover protects the front of the iPad with a flap that connects magnetically to the side of the iPad mini. It switches the iPad mini on and off when the cover is opened and closed. Available in Polyurethane and Leather.

iPad mini Smart Case - Polyurethane

The iPad mini Smart Case is identical to the Smart Cover, but also has a rear covering that protects the reverse of the iPad mini as well as the screen. 

STM Skinny

An alternative to the Apple Smart Case that protects both the front and back and folds over to support the iPad.

This premium leather case also has a loop for a stylus (sold seperately). Like the Smart Cover the case folds over to create a stand. Available in black, blue, pink and white.

STM Grip

Slightly more rugged than the other cases, the iPad mini grip has a kickstand for supporting the angle of the iPad mini, and covers the front and rear of the device in ridged plastic.
