Apple is sending out emails reminding people that the last day for ordering to get your gifts delivered before Christmas is approaching.
You still have two days to get your hands on an engraved iPad 4 or iPad 2 (on it's website Apple lists midday on Thursday for larger iPads that aren't engraved). Same goes for all iPod models.
You are too late to get an iPad mini, the last orders were taken on 28 November.
Remember when it was almost impossible to get your hands on an iPhoen 5. Those days are now gone: Apple has iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, and iPhone 4 available and if you order tomorrow you will get it in time for Christmas.

As for Macs, the Mac mini, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and MacBook Pro with Retina display are available for Christmas delivery if you order by midday on Thursday. The last day for ordering an iMac was 6December. All customised Mac models had to be ordered by 7 December.
The Apple TV can be ordered by midday on Thursday 20 December for delivery by Christmas.
You are too late for iPhoto print products now, but iTunes gift cards can be ordered by 19 December.
