Last summer we wrote a story claiming that Apple could be working on a Smart Watch. At the time we didn’t plan to put any money on the idea that such a product could be in the works, but it seems now that something might be happening, so watch this space.
According to the rumours, Apple and Intel are working on a Bluetooth smart watch for debut in the first half of the year.
The sources claim that the watch could feature a 1.5in OLED display with ITO-coated glass from RiTdisplay.
The Next Web suggests that the watch could be thought of as an iPod Nano that connects to your iPhone like the Nike+ Fuelband. It would support Siri voice control and be Bluetooth ready.
The reason for the Intel connection is that Intel is said to be working on a new generation of mobile chips.
