Radiohead is shunning iTunes in a disagreement about album bundling.

Radiohead is shunning iTunes in a disagreement about album bundling.

The band has begun selling its music through UK digital music store, 7 Digital - but not iTunes, Wired reports.

At issue is Apple's insistence that artists allow fans to buy individual tracks unbundled. Radiohead object to this, as the band wants to sell its albums as they were meant to be heard – complete.

A spokesman for the band's label, EMI, said: "iTunes insists that all its albums are sold unbundled, but 7 Digital doesn't. Radiohead prefer to have their albums sold complete. The artist has a choice, and if they feel strongly then we respect that."

The music is being sold free of DRM in MP3 format.
