Computerworld confirms WordPress for iPhone
A new wave of blogging software clients is in development for use with the iPhone and the iPod touch.
A report on Computerworld explains iPhone users can look forward to a native WordPress blogging client. WordPress boss Matt Mullenwag is coy in his admission of this, saying only that there is a mobile device which will have WordPress support "built-in".

WordPress isn't the only blogging system that's destined for an appearance on Apple's wireless-enabled mobile devices: Six Apart is also working to develop blogging tools.
“Six Apart pioneered the mobile blogging experience with an iPhone-optimized blog service,” said Chris Alden, CEO, Six Apart. “We’re taking it to the next level with our native iPhone application for TypePad that’s already in development.”
