Apple reportedly developing new model iPhones with physical keyboards

Apple is rumoured to be developing an iPhone equipped with its own physical keyboard for the enterprise markets.

There's even reports that working model prototypes of iPhones equipped with physical keyboards have been sent to mobile networks in order to get feedback for Apple's design teams.

Guy Kewney, writing for NewsWireless.net, says: “Actual prototypes - not just mockups - have been sent to senior executives at some operators. I’m not allowed to even hint which operators.”

This product isn't set to ship immediately. The report claims the prototypes have “issues” and are still being fine-tuned by Apple. And Kewney’s sources say they’re not expecting a keyboard equipped iPhone this year, but are primed for one in the near future, “aimed specifically at corporate buyers, around this time next year.”
