Wacom has launched its first widescreen graphics tablet at MacExpo.
The Intuos3 A5 Wide has an active area of 6-x-11 inches, giving it a 16:10 aspect ratio, designed to complement widescreen LCD monitors such as Apple's Cinema Display, reports Digit.
The Intuos3 A5 Wide offers all the features found in the Intuos 3 range, such as configurable ExpressKeys and Touch Strip scroll bars. It costs £250 plus VAT and is bundled with Corel Painter Essentials2.
Digit notes this to be the first Wacom tablet to ship without a mouse.
