Fri, 01 Dec 2006 Apple one-day sale sees £71 iMac discount
Apple's one day UK sale is under way with decent discounts across the range
Apple's UK shopping day — a day of discounts and special events at its retail stores and online — kicked off today.
The company is hosting a series of events across the UK at its retail stores, featuring live bands, DJs and special one-day-only price discounts.
Mac shoppers who don't live near an Apple retail store can also enjoy a series of special offers online — the company is even offering up to a £71 discount on the cost of a new MacBook.
Other deal highlights today include:
A £71 saving on the cost of any iMac
Up to £11 off the price of an iPod nano
Up to £21 off the cost of an iPod with video
AirPort Express Base Stations cost £64, rather than £89
Parallels Desktop for Mac is available for £38, rather than the £49.95 book price
A large selection of Apple and third-party peripheral products are also available at decent discounts. VAT is included within the discount prices, which will show up in your shopping basket when you visit the store.
You can cast your eyes at today's limited-duration deals on this page on the Apple website.
