iSlayer has introduced iStat menus 1.1, a major upgrade to its suite of advanced system monitoring tools for Mac OS X.

The collection includes eight separate menu items for monitoring CPU usage, memory, hard disks, networking, temperature and more.

The version upgrade also boasts 21 new features that have been introduced in response to user feedback. These include network graphs, a completely redesigned preference pane interface and a new calendar and world clocks design.

The software is distributed at no cost and is available for download here.

Formed in early June 2005, iSlayer is an Australian two-man development team, specialising in widget, website, application development and interface design. The company has so far seen seven million downloads of its products, all of which are available for free.
