Apple has seemingly requested that eBay halt a sale of an unlicensed Steve Jobs figurine in the online auction house.
According to Apple Insider one listing, where a Jobs action figure apparently sold for $1,125 (about £727), was halted by eBay after Apple's legal representatives requested that the item was removed.
Another figurine reportedly sold on eBay for $2,500 (£1,454) over the weekend. Other listings for similar items remain live on eBay at the time of writing.
Back in November, Apple requested that M.I.C Gadget, the maker of the action figure, cease marketing and sales of the item, as Apple did "not consent to the use of Apple's copyrights and trademarks".
The cease and desist order came at around the same time that M.I.C Gadget announced that it planned to issue a new batch of the figurines after the first 300 sold out.
The action figure depicts Jobs wearing his trademark black turtle-neck top, jeans and sneakers, holding what appears to be the iPhone 4.
