Apple has announced that the iPad mini will retail from £269 in the UK (for the 16GB Wi-Fi iPad mini) and will be available for pre-order this Friday, 26 October. 3G models will start at £369 and ship slightly later.
The iPad mini is available in the following configurations:

iPad mini with Wi-Fi models will be available in black & slate or white & silver on Friday 2 November, for a suggested retail price of £269 inc VAT (£224.17 ex VAT) for the 16GB model, £349 inc VAT (£290.83 ex VAT) for the 32GB model and £429 inc VAT (£357.50 ex VAT) for the 64GB model.
iPad mini Wi-Fi + 3G models: UK pricing
iPad mini with Wi-Fi + 3G/cellular features (along with fourth-generation iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G) will start shipping a couple of weeks after the Wi-Fi models. iPad mini with Wi-Fi + cellular will be offered for a suggested retail price of £369 inc VAT (£307.50 ex VAT) for the 16GB model, £449 inc VAT (£374.17 ex VAT) for the 32GB model and £529 inc VAT (£440.83 ex VAT) for the 64GB model.
Apple is taking pre-orders on the Apple Store from 26 October and the Wi-Fi model is expected to ship on 2 November. The Wi-Fi plus 3G/cellular iPad minis will ship a little later, suggesting the possible influence of supply-chain headaches.
Pre-ordering for the iPad mini will start on Friday on the Apple Store.
