Apple will webcast its first quarter 2007 financial results announcement on January 22, 2008 at 2pm PST (10pm UK time).
The company is widely-expected to exceed its previously stated guidance for results in the quarter, as it has done for successive quarters.
Analyst Shaw Wu of American Technology Research expects Apple to reveal strong iPod, Mac and iPhone sales in the quarter. ChangeWave Research last month claimed Mac OS X Leopard will drive Mac sales in the first quarter of 2008.
Speaking before Christmas, Piper Jaffray analyst, Gene Munster cited recent NPD data to predict iPod sales of between 24 million and 25 million in the December 2007 quarter.
