Apple has announced a number of new delivery options available from the Apple Store.
You can still get free delivery on items over £80, but when you check out in the online Apple Store you will now get a range of options to ensure that your delivery arrives at a convenient time for you.
For an extra £5, you can get Express delivery, which will guarantee you receive your item within three days. For £10, you can make sure it arrives either before noon or before 10.30am.
If you're an early bird, £15 will get you a pre-9am delivery slot or you can pay the same price for an evening (after 5pm) delivery.
If you require the item to arrive on a Saturday, you can pay an extra £20.
However, all prices exclude VAT, so you'll pay £24 for a Saturday delivery, £18 for evening or pre-9am, £12 for before noon or before 10.30am and £6 for express delivery.
None of these options are likely to decrease your waiting time if you want to buy an iPad 2 either - the Apple Store is still quoting a two- to three-week wait.
