Native Instruments has changed the way it handles its DJ software product range.

In future, the DJ division of the company will develop integrated solutions for DJs, as the partnership with Stanton Magnetics on the Final Scratch digital DJ system expires thie year.

Rather than continue working together, both firms have decided to focus on their own product ranges, though Native Instruments will maintain the FinalScratch user forum until 31 December 2006.

Traktor DJ Studio has been renamed Traktor 3, and the price has been cut to €199. The company will release Traktor 3.2 next month, which will be a Universal version of the popular application.
