BAPPZ is a new UK start-up company that’s offering to build Facebook applications for a fee.
The company, founded by Wippit founder Paul Myers, exists to provide Facebook application building services to firms trying to secure a toehold on the burgeoning social network who may not have the in-house talent to build such applications themselves.
Facebook is the fifth most-trafficked website in the world with more than 69 million active users and in excess of 65 billion page views per month.
The first application to be released by BAPPZ is FriendFolio, an application which lets users buy, sell and trade friends. The company suggests clients will be able to use its services to create all manner of applications - from viral ads to games and more.
