Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is in court this week to defend himself against accusations he stole the idea for the up-and-coming social networking website.
Zuckerberg has been accused of stealing the idea from three former Harvard students who recruited him to work on their idea. The students include Cameron Winklevoss, Tyler Winklevoss and Divya Narendra.
The lawsuit was filed three years ago and claims Zuckerberg stole the idea, source code and business plan while he worked for the students as a programmer on their social networking website, ConnectU.
Zuckerberg's former employers also claim the Facebook founder delayed progress on their website in order to set-up his service six months ahead of their service.
Zuckerberg, whose Facebook website adds 150,000 members on a daily basis, denies the accusations and wants the charges dismissed.
