Square Group has announced that they will give customers £60 off the price of an Apple TV if they trade in their old model before Friday 23 March.
Thanks to the scheme it is possible to get a new Apple TV for just £39.
If you purchased an Apple TV in the past 18 months, it should qualify for the scheme. However, Square says it will only accept Apple TVs running software version 4.4.4 (not 5, the latest version). Check the full conditions here.
Square is accepting the September 2010 model of the Apple TV (black square case, part number MC572B/A). The company specifies that it must include the Apple Remote and Apple power lead, be in good condition, and be fully functional.
Bring your Apple TV to your nearest Square Group store before Friday 23 March.
If you don’t wish to purchase a new Apple TV, Square will still offer you £45 cash for your old model.
