A video of a supposed dummy iPad 2 has surfaced on YouTube.

A report on GearZap.com claims that the video, titled 'iPad 2 Video snuck out of CES 2011', shows the supposed dummy device at the recent Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

What appears to be a front-facing camera is visible, as are the words 'iPad 2' and '128GB'. In fact, it looks remarkably like a claimed iPad 2 shell spotted at CES by iLounge.

Commenters on the YouTube page largely seem largely unconvinced. "Sooooo much fake, even my grandma would notice that!" wrote one.

"This maybe the worst Apple fake I've ever seen. You need to work on? your fonts and icons... Oh, and have a working screen. Dumb," said another, who perhaps didn't realise that the device was actually claimed to be a dummy rather than a fully operational iPad 2.

The iPad 2 rumour-mill is now in full swing, with Apple expected to announce the device in the next few weeks, according to Digg founder Kevin Rose.

It has also been rumoured that Apple Store staff have been banned from taking holidays in the last week of January or the first two weeks of February.

And other mock-ups of the iPad 2 surfaced at CES, supposedly confirming that there will be a 128GB version of the device.

So is this the iPad 2? We'll let you make up your own mind.
