Photographs of what are claimed to be iPhone 5 components have surfaced on the web.
Macpost has published images that show replacement parts for the next-generation iPhone, taken from the websites of Chinese resellers.
The images don't give an awful lot away about the design of the iPhone 5 but Macpost reckons that the fact that the earphone audio jack is available in both black and white proves that the iPhone 5 will be available in those colours.
It seems that just about everyone has an opinion about what the iPhone 5 is going to look like - MacRumors last week commissioned an Italian design agency to produce some mockups and a hoax video claiming to show the iPhone 5 microsite within Apple's website appeared a few days beforehand.
Most speculators agree that there will be a larger, perhaps edge-to-edge screen, a more powerful camera, a dual-core processor and a slimmer design. However, until the day of the big announcement - and there's plenty of speculation about when that will be too - no one outside of Apple will know for sure.
