iTunes users in the US can now download video highlights from the 2007 Daytona 500 Nascar event through iTunes.
Nascar is a division of Turner Sports New Media. Race highlights, will be produced by Nascar.com, and will be made available the day after the race for $1.99. The short movies will include race highlights and driver interviews.
US petrol-heads will also be able to purchase the Nascat Nextel Cup series season pass for $19.99.
Nascar's online website is a hot property. It attracted 3.9 million site visitors per month during last year's season.
“Over the past year iTunes has given sports fans the ability to download highlights from the country's most popular sporting events,” said Eddy Cue, Apple's vice president of iTunes.
