The tariffs start from £29.99 for three months' mobile broadband use, capped at 1GB, and a dongle. Alternatively, £34.99 gets you a dongle and a data allowance of 2GB, which must be used within one month.
All of the tariffs also come with free Wi-Fi access via The Cloud and BT Openzone hotspots. The mobile network said the Galaxy Tab would also be available on selected Pay Monthly and Pay & Go voice tariffs for customers who want to be able to make calls on the device.
It also includes 16GB of built-in memory, Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity and front- and back-facing cameras.
Last week, O2 announced it was stocking the Galaxy Tab, but didn't reveal pricing at the time.
"The Samsung Galaxy Tab, striking the ideal balance of portable size and power, is leading the way in a new category of devices," Steve Alder, O2's general manager of devices, said last week.
The tablet PC will be available online and from O2 stores from 1 November.
