A UK bank is offering customers free iTunes songs and iPod nanos as a benefit for spending.

The Citi Platinum MasterCard lets cardholders earn one iTunes music point for each £1 they spend on their card. Points can be redeemed for music downloads, voucher cards or even an iPod nano.

A single track costs 150 points, while a £15 iTunes card costs 3,000 points. Customers will have to spend £15,000 to earn a £99 iPod nano.

New customers that make £250 worth of purchases within three months of receiving their Platinum MasterCard will earn 2,000 bonus points.
