Apple is attempting to recruit an iOS Photography Software Engineer to take up a position at its campus in Cupertino.

A job listing on Apple's website calls for "a dynamic software engineer with the drive and desire to deliver great photography applications for the Mac and iPad platforms".

The applicant needs to have "strong skills" with CSS and HTML5 and Apple also states that a passion for photography is a "key requirement".

Apple Insider speculates that the position could be related to a Photo Stream feature mentioned in earlier beta versions of iOS 4.3.

A third beta version of iOS 4.3 was released to developers earlier this week. One developer has discovered evidence within it that the iPad 2 could have a much better camera than initially anticipated.
