FileMaker has opened its books for developers to register for the 2007 FileMaker Developer Conference.

The Conference takes place between 5-9 August at the Grande Lakes JW Marriott Hotel and Resort in Orlando, Florida. Developers registering between now and 29 June 2007 will save $200.
The company is also debuting the FileMaker DevCon Online Connection, an online meeting place that allows participants to connect and collaborate with other like-minded FileMaker developers prior to the Conference.
“This is great way for anyone who has ever considered attending the FileMaker Developer Conference to meet others online to talk about previous conferences as well as the upcoming conference,” said Ryan Rosenberg, vice president, marketing and services at FileMaker.

“FileMaker users and developers can easily meet others who are in the same business or sector, or who have the same technical interests, or maybe to find an expert to help them solve that nagging technical problem.”
The conference will include over 50 sessions focused on new tools and techniques, best practices and new approaches for developing database solutions.

It will also feature a product showcase, sessions, meetings with FileMaker engineers, product managers, and technical support team members.
