Belgian musicians Soulwax - also known as 2ManyDJs - have developed an iPhone app that lets you experience their work in the form of a 'musical film'.

The app, which is free to download, offers you the choice of streaming or downloading one-hour long mixes that consist of both audio and visual content.

The duo have reportedly been working on the app - which also comes in Android flavour - for around two years and it sits alongside the Radio Soulwax website which is already online, though is due to go "fully online" on 4 July.

"It's a radio station, but not as you know it. For now, it's a growing collection of 24 one hour-long mixes with visuals that we are sharing with you for free, and hopefully it will become a platform for many more things to come. We call them mixes, but in reality they are more like musical films based on the record sleeves," the app's blurb in the iTunes Store reads.

"We spent ages trying to get everything to sound, look and feel right. We hope you appreciate this labour of love as it has taken a ridiculous amount of work."

Radio Soulwax is compatible with the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. It requires iOS 3.2 or later.
